Motorists can expect some relief at the pump as fuel prices are set to drop in the first week of March, according to industry sources.
The price adjustments, effective Tuesday, March 4, are as follows:
Gasoline: P0.90/liter
Diesel: P0.80/liter
Kerosene: P1.40-P1.60/liter
The rollback is attributed to a decline in fuel demand in South Korea and progress in peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, influencing global oil market trends.
This reduction comes after several weeks of consecutive fuel price hikes, providing temporary relief for consumers amid fluctuating global oil prices.
