On Saturday, 1 March 2025, artists put the finishing touches on the sails of their boats, or pinta layag, for the 52nd Iloilo-Guimaras Paraw Regatta Festival in Iloilo City, set to take place on Sunday, 2 March 2025. The festival, held annually in the Arevalo district, features a sailboat race in the Iloilo Strait showcasing the paraw, a Visayan double-outrigger sailboat.
