P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin entered a strategic collaboration with SMCC Philippines to bring Japanese efficiency and innovation to the Philippine housing industry.

SMCC Philippines Inc., the local subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd., is now the official housing contractor of Idesia San Jose Del Monte, a development in Bulacan.

“We are thrilled to partner with SMCC Philippines for the construction of Idesia San Jose Del Monte. Their reputation for efficiency and precision aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering top-tier homes to Filipino families. This collaboration is a reflection of our vision to bring innovative and high-quality developments to the Philippines,” Romarico Alvarez, P.A. Properties chairman of the Board, said.

The partnership aims to bring SMCC Philippines’ expertise in architectural and civil engineering services, including planning, design and project management. Homebuyers will benefit from the advanced construction methods including the Precast System, a structural shell technology developed in Japan. Unlike traditional construction methods, precast technology allows for the manufacturing of structural components offsite, which are then assembled on location. This results in faster turnaround times, reduced material waste and improved consistency in construction quality.

“By bringing in SMCC Philippines, we are ensuring that Idesia San Jose Del Monte is built with the highest standards of Japanese efficiency and quality, delivering a community that future homeowners will truly be proud of,” Masahiko Toda, executive officer of Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., said.

Beyond the Idesia San Jose Del Monte project, the partnership between P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin and SMCC Philippines signals a long-term collaboration aimed at setting new benchmarks in Philippine real estate. The integration of Japanese construction expertise ensures that homeowners will benefit from innovative building techniques that prioritize safety, sustainability and efficiency.
