SM Prime Holdings, one of Southeast Asia’s largest integrated property developers, has been certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) for 2025, marking its first recognition under the global workplace certification program.
According to the Great Place to Work survey, 83 percent of SM Prime employees rated the company as a great place to work, surpassing the 65 percent average for typical companies in the Philippines.
SM Prime president Jeffrey Lim emphasized the company’s commitment to fostering a positive work environment. “We strive to create an aweSM experience for our talents — whether through professional development, employee recognition, or community service. More than just a workplace, we foster a culture where people feel valued, connected, and inspired,” he said.
A key driver of SM Prime’s workplace culture is SM LIFE (Life Integration for Employees), a program designed to support employees through three pillars: purpose, performance, and passion. The initiative provides career development opportunities, employee engagement activities, and community service programs.
In 2024, the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) recognized SM LIFE as the National Awardee for the People Program of the Year, highlighting its impact on employee well-being and professional growth.
