
Landco Pacific Corporation, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation led by Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan, has assigned Landco Lifestyle Ventures (LLV) as the interim manager of The Manor, Forest Lodge, and the CAP-John Hay Trade and Cultural Center in Baguio City.
This transition aims to assist the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) in overseeing operations while preparing to award the properties for long-term lease and management.
LLV serves as the rebranded hospitality management arm of Landco, known for its master-planned resort estates, including the 15-hectare Casobe (Calatagan South Beach) and the 23-hectare Club Laiya in Batangas. The company will also manage the iconic beachfront condotels The Spinnaker and The Nautilus for unit owners who opt into the rental pool.
With this move, Landco Pacific strengthens its commitment to delivering high-quality leisure experiences, further expanding its footprint in the country’s premier tourist destinations.
Patrick “Pato” C. Gregorio, head of Hospitality and Lifestyle Ventures at LLV, is leading the transition. Previously a senior consultant for hospitality and tourism at Landco Pacific, Gregorio brings decades of experience in tourism, sports, and hotel management.

Gregorio has held leadership positions in luxury and premium hotels and has been involved in Philippine sports administration. He previously served as the youngest general manager of Manila Hotel, president of Waterfront Hotels and Resorts, and chairman of the PBA during its 40th season. A TOYM awardee for tourism in 2003, he is a cum laude graduate of the University of the Philippines with a degree in Tourism.
