Magsasampa ng kaso si dating House Speaker at ngayo’y Davao 1st District Representative Pantaleon Alvarez laban kina House Speaker Martin Romualdez, Ako Bicol Rep. Elizalde Co, at Zamboanga Rep. Mannix Delipe kaugnay ng kinukwestyahang Bicameral Conference Committee Report para sa 2025 General Appropriations Act.
Ayon kay Alvarez, nagkaroon ng mga pondo na idinagdag sa pambansang budget na hindi kasama sa inaprubahan sa bicameral conference committee.
Posibleng maisampa na agad ang kaso at kasama ni Alvarez sa paghahain ng reklamo si Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, Citizens Crime Watch president Diego Magpantay, at iba pa.
Samantala, nanindigan si House Appropriations Committee acting head at Marikina Rep. Stella Luz Quimbo na walang blanko sa enrolled bill kahit ito ay busisiin pa, at nasunod din aniya ang tamang proseso sa bicam.
