Fish-fight

A TikToker tried to attract followers with her own twerking style, but it backfired.
The video of adult daycare worker Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, 19, posted on 23 January, was reported by a concerned netizen to the Loganville Police Department in Georgia, United States. It shows her standing on a chair above a seated disabled woman, whose head is blocked by Koiyan’s behind while she twerks to a recording phone camera.
Police arrested Koiyan on 30 January and charged her with the exploitation of a person with a disability (PWD), as the video was posted online without the consent of the PWD’s guardian, according to court documents cited in a USA Today report.
“The accused did touch the victim on the head and chest in a provocative manner and began to rub her genitals on the top of the victim’s head as she continued to dance,” Loganville police officer Kenneth Raines wrote in the affidavit, according to USA Today.
Meanwhile, a Russian mermaid performer’s head was battered during an aquarium show at the Xishuangbanna Primitive Forest Park in China on 28 January.
Mariia Zelenina, 22, was solo-entertaining park guests, including children, when a giant Chinese sturgeon, an endangered fish that was also in the aquarium, swallowed her head.
The audience watched in terror as the mermaid tried to pull her head from the mouth of the attacking fish. She managed to break free and swam to the surface.
Her goggles were gone, and her face was bruised, including a cut on her eyelid. She was hospitalized and is taking a break to heal from her injury.
The fish attack on the “mermaid” was caught on video, which went viral on Chinese social media.
