The Philippine national women's futsal team forced a 3-3 draw against world No. 18 Uzbekistan to stay unbeaten in the AFC Futsal Women's Asian Cup qualifiers at the Yunusobod Sport Complex in Tashkent Monday evening.
Bella Flannigan got things going after scorkng in the fourth minute before Nilufar Kudratova scored the equalizer in the eighth minute.
Katrina Guillou then made it 2-1 for the Philippines after converting a goal in the 15th minute until Lyudmila Karachik equalized in the 33rd minute.
Karachik gave the Uzbeks a 3-2 lead in the 38th minute until Judy Connolly forced a draw a minute later.
The Philippines is currently in the second spot in Group C and will face Turkmenistan on Thursday at 6 p.m. (Manila time) at the same venue.
