Universal Pictures Philippines has announced through its social media platforms that Wicked Sing-Along screenings are now playing in over 100 cinemas nationwide, starting Wednesday, 8 January 2025.

For an extra-special experience, StageDoor by GMG Productions is hosting a Wicked Sing-Along screening on 17 January at Cinema 2, Central Square Cinema, Bonifacio Global City. Fans are encouraged to dress in their best Wicked-inspired outfits. Tickets are priced at P700.

The Wicked film adaptation, starring Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba and Ariana Grande as Glinda, reimagines the beloved Broadway musical about the untold story of the witches of Oz.

The movie has been a resounding success, grossing $634.4 million worldwide and earning accolades from the Golden Globes (four nominations, including a win for Best Cinematic and Box Office Achievement) and the Critics’ Choice Awards (11 nominations).
