P/Maj. Alfredo Agbuya Jr., Officer-in-Charge of PS 4, identified the suspect as Nomer Atanacio, 31 years old, and a resident of Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City.
Based on the PS 4 report, at around 8:20 p.m. on 3 January, along Gen. Luis Street near Damong Maliit Road, Barangay Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, Quezon City, PS 4 operatives were conducting “Oplan Sita” when they flagged down a motorcycle rider for not wearing a helmet.
