93 PDLs get New Year surprise

Close to 100 persons deprived of liberty at various Bureau of Corrections facilities were allowed to have visitors to celebrate the New Year on Sunday and Monday. A total of 93 PDLs were allowed to enjoy time with their loved ones, according to BuCor Director General Gregorio Catapang.Catapang said they will continue to implement the reformation program to further alleviate the plight of inmates.
