The newly-formed strike force of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority conducts sidewalk and road clearing operations against illegally parked vehicles in areas covered by Mabuhay Lanes in Quezon City.
This is part of the agency's continual work to sustain the unhampered flow of vehicles along Mabuhay Lanes and to apprehend motorists who illegally park their vehicles along the alternate routes.
Under the supervision of Assistant General Manager for Operations Assistant Secretary David Angelo Vargas, Traffic Discipline Office Director for Enforcement Atty. Victor Nuñez and Officer-in-Charge Gabriel Go, a total of 108 strike force members were instructed to issue tickets for illegally parked vehicles.

Violators of attended illegally parked vehicles will pay a fine of P1000, while unattended illegally parked vehicles will pay a fine of P2000.

As part of the operations, some strike force members were equipped with body-worn cameras that could record the operations — and handheld ticketing devices to issue traffic violation tickets. Also, by using these ticketing devices, violators can pay their fines right away.
