The last remaining detainee who bolted out of the MPD-Raxabago Station in Tondo had been re-arrested by operatives on early morning Monday in Cavite.

Police identified the escapee as Jeferson Tombaga who was arrested in manhunt operation MPD-District Special Operation Unit on 13 November at 2:30 a.m. in  a compound at Molino, Bacoor, Cavite.

The whereabouts of Tombaga were pointed out by his relative who cooperated with the police that led to his arrest.

 He was last of the nine escapees from MPD-PS1 detention who cut the metal grill at the side part of the jail early dawn of Wednesday, 8 November.

 The incident resulted in the relief of the station commander and three other duty jail officers at the said station.

 It was learned that almost 50 detainees were locked inside the said detention facility who are facing drug robbery, theft, and cases but some decided to remain and did not go with jail breakers.

 Just after the incident, the said detention cell have undergone thorough repair.
