A 23 year-old man is in a hot water situation after selling a firearm to a police asset Saturday in Tondo, Manila.
Authorities identified the suspect as Sherwin Cabalda y Gacho, male, 23 years old, single, jobless, and resident of Building 9, Unit 50 Temporary Housing, Barangay 105, Tondo, Manila.
The said suspect was arrested through a buy bust operation 1 a.m. of 4 November along Mel Lopez Boulevard in front of Happy Land Compound, Barangay 105, Tondo, Manila.
It was learned that the suspect transacted with police posseur buyer on the sale of one unit of firearm caliber .38 revolver loaded with two live ammunitions.
