Full-range property developer Filinvest Land Inc. is expecting its expansion in Central Luzon, through the launch of Filinvest Innovation Park-New Clark City or FIP-NCC in Capas, Tarlac, to significantly translate to economic growth in the region.
Filinvest launched the 60-hectare Phase I of the FIP-NCC, its joint venture with Bases Conversion and Development Authority or BCDA, last week. It will serve as a sustainable industrial hub with a pivotal role to drive progress in the northern part of Metro Manila.
FIP-NCC Phase 1 boasts a ready-built factory and built-to-suit units tailored to meet the diverse needs of potential locators. Industrial lots ranging from standard-hectare lots up to 11-hectare "mega lots" are available for lease to house larger facilities.

For BCDA president and CEO Engr. Joshua M. Bingcang, the opening of the facility will attract more locators to come to the country.
"Filinvest is one of the first to believe in NCC's potential as the next economic hub of the Philippines. We are confident that in months and years to come, more locators will see the potential of FIP and the whole of Clark City," Bingcang said.
FIP-NCC is strategically located within the expansive 288-hectare Filinvest New Clark City. Meanwhile, New Clark City is within the Clark Special Economic Zone or the country's first 5G city.
