The two-day PhUF 2023, which concluded on Friday at the PICC, was attended in person by more than a thousand stakeholders, tackling measures to address simple to complex challenges that the urban development sector is facing.
UN Habitat Country Programme manager Christopher Rollo expressed his overwhelming satisfaction with the participation in the forum, saying that it is difficult to top the bar that was set high in the first Philippine Urban Forum.
The event ended with the signing of an agreement on digital land use and human settlements planning between the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development and the Department of Science and Technology.
