Chinese national back at jail

A 26-year-old Chinese national who is about to be freed from detention at the MPD-PS 9 after posting bail was sent back to jail when another charge for act of lasciviousness was served for a case that happened two years ago by a court which issued another warrant Thursday night in Malate Manila.

This forced the suspect identified as Liu Bo who is  staying at Room 1221 Admiral Baysuit, Malate Manila to remain at the MPD-PS 9 after he was served his warrant of arrest on 6:10 p.m. inside the detention cell of the police precinct.

Bo was arrested on the strength of a previous warrant issued by Judge Hon. Ma. Concepcion A. Billiones, Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 62 dated 16 June 2021.

A bail in the amount of P36,000 were ordered by the court for his temporary freedom.
