Bacoor City Mayor Strike B. Revilla recently sent a strong message to the people, saying that the local government will not tolerate corruption and extortion in the city.

In a stern warning to government officials and employees, Remulla vowed to take decisive action against those involved in illegal activities that undermine the welfare of the community.

He also recognized the importance of upholding integrity and trust in public service as he stressed that the local government of Bacoor is committed to promoting transparency,
accountability, and good governance.

To ensure the efficient delivery of public services and the protection of our citizens' rights, Revilla called on all stakeholders to join hands in the fight against corruption.

In line with this commitment, Revilla encouraged the public to take advantage of the existing
channels to address their concerns, highlighting the availability of the Bacoor Complaint Desk, which provides support and guidance to residents seeking information or assistance with various government services.

These measures aim to provide a platform for residents to report incidents of corruption, bribery, and extortion. The City Government of Bacoor will actively investigate all reports and take appropriate legal action against those found guilty.

Additionally, Revilla emphasizes the importance of the Board of Discipline he created for the City Government of Bacoor, wherein said council is responsible for addressing and investigating complaints related to employee misconduct, policy violations, or any behavior that may adversely affect the functioning of the government or the welfare of the public. The committee ensures that employees adhere to established rules, regulations, and ethical standards.

Revilla also acknowledged the challenges faced by our hardworking public drivers who are
struggling due to the rising costs of fuel. He expresses his sympathy for their plight and assures them that the City Government of Bacoor is actively exploring ways to alleviate their burdens.

"Efforts are underway to engage with relevant stakeholders, to find viable solutions that will provide relief to our public drivers," said Revilla.

Revilla is also urging the residents of Bacoor to remain vigilant and actively
participate in safeguarding the integrity of the city.
