Teener collared for disturbance, fake gun

An 18-year-old teenager will be facing charges for alarm and scandal and possession of a fake gun after he was arrested by personnel of Malibay substation Pasay City police station.
The report showed the apprehended suspect was identified as Ronilo Reyes y dela Tonga, 18-years-old. He was nabbed on Sunday, 17 September at approximately 2 p.m. along Apelo Cruz Street, Barangay 157, Zone 16, Pasay City.
The suspect was taken into custody for alarm and scandal, and violation of RA 10591 (possession of a gun replica) in relation to RA 7166 (Omnibus Election Code).
The arrest followed after the suspect was found causing disturbance in a public place while brandishing a gun replica.
Authorities responded to a report of a male individual shouting and menacing bystanders with what appeared to be a firearm.
They caught the suspect holding a gas blowback-type gun replica resembling a silver .9mm Beretta pistol equipped with a magazine replica containing 15 pellets.
