Foundever has been recognized as one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" for 2023 by HR Asia, known publication for HR professionals.
The award recognizes top employers of choice in Asia as determined by their workforce based on HR practices, levels of employee engagement, and workplace cultures. Recognition of this level attracts applications from Fortune 500 companies and other organizations, including multinational corporations and government-linked companies.
"I am incredibly honored to receive these citations from HR Asia on behalf of Foundever," said Ravi Iyengar, chief operating officer — APAC at Foundever. "This reflects the dedication of our entire team to ensure that Foundever is a community where each individual is empowered to excel and contribute."
Foundever also received the "HR Asia Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award," which acknowledges and celebrates companies in Asia that have successfully implemented practices that promote and support DEI within the organization.
"This underscores our commitment to embracing differences, promoting equality, and ensuring fair opportunities for all employees. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is the bedrock of creativity and innovation, and we are committed to relentlessly promoting a culture of acceptance and equal opportunity," Iyengar added.
Foundever has consistently proven that they walk the talk to promote a supportive and diverse work environment through various programs and initiatives. These include establishing a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee to ascertain visibility and representation within the organization and mandating a virtual training entitled "Embracing Our Differences Course" to further educate the company's workforce on how to foster diversity and inclusivity within the organization.
Last June, Foundever held a DEI talk to educate over a hundred leaders on ways to promote and maintain DEI within their teams. Part of the talk tackled the basics of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sex characteristics in line with the celebration of Pride month.
