Aussie ‘hacker’ denied entry
Borche was made to immediately board the next available flight going back to his port of origin —- Sydney, Australia
The Bureau of Immigration yesterday reported the interception and immediate deportation of an alleged Australian hacker upon his arrival at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport last 21 December.
Risteki Borche, a 40-year-old of Macedonian descent, was accosted by BI personnel at the NAIA 3 after disembarking from a Cebu Pacific flight from Sydney.
BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco said Borche is the subject of an Interpol alert as a person wanted in Macedonia for hacking, an offense that carries a four-year jail sentence.
Borche was denied entry into the country and was given the airport-to-airport treatment, meaning he was made to immediately board the next available flight going back to his port of origin.
The Australian would be placed on the bureau's blacklist of undesirable aliens not allowed to enter the Philippines.
