The Valenzuela City government on Thursday warned the public against solicitation from its staff especially this coming holiday season.

The city government has strictly prohibited its staff from soliciting or accepting gifts this holiday season.  This includes garbage collectors, firefighters and other city hall employees.

The city government also reminded everyone to be careful when giving money or donation to those acting as city government staff.

In the event that an LGU employee approaches or asks for a donation or solicitation, immediately inform the Human Resource Management Office at the hotline number 8352-1000 or through the LGU›s social media accounts.
