Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna has regarded President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as a certified Manila constituent following the local government of Manila's courtesy call to the President at Malacañang on Wednesday.

Lacuna was joined by Vice Mayor Yul Servo-Nieto and the six congressmen representing the six districts of Manila along with the 37 members of the Manila City Council, Liga ng mga Barangay president of Manila and Ex-officio Councilor Leilani Marie Lacuna and SK Federation president Daniel Dave Tan.
