Peace, stability when combined with hard work, and trust often lead to the growth and prosperity of a country, said Switzerland Ambassador to the Philippines Alain Gaschen.
These, along with the promotion of women's rights, as well as environment protection are the reasons the Embassy of Switzerland continues to support the peace process in Mindanao.
"We also want to bring sustainability and innovation to the Philippines. We want to build a future with no one left behind," Gaschen said.

"In addition, Switzerland has also offered the Philippines assistance to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises to meet international quality and standards requirements," he said.
The Swiss Confederation and the Republic of the Philippines is celebrating its 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations. The ties were established in 1957.
"We take note that this is a strong and enduring partnership. We will share this commitment to democratic values, rule of law, and the need for responsible behavior on the international committee, particularly the Philippines in valuing the role of Switzerland in the Bangsamoro Peace Process," Ledda said.
Lumiere, a celebration of the two nation's bilateral relations, was held at the Zuellig building on 29 November.
It featured the creations of Michelin star chef Armin Amrein, La Rose Noire, and Lindt Maître Chocolatier Thomaz Schnetzler.
A fashion show was also held to highlight pieces of Hans Brumann and sustainable fashion brand PamPinay by Switzerland-based artists Pam Gotangco and Christian Belaro.
"It is clear Philippines and Switzerland will remain strong partners and advocates in promoting peace, stability, dialogue, and diplomacy," Ledda concluded.
