The Police Regional Office 7 has topped the 26 to 29 November anti-drug campaign of the Philippine National Police by seizing P9 million worth of shabu.

PRO7 also recorded the highest number of operations conducted, the highest number of arrests and the highest volume of shabu seized during the period, based on the consolidated reports on anti-illegal drug accomplishments of 17 police regional offices nationwide.

It recorded 193 drug suspects arrested in its 155 operations, seizure of 1,311.33 grams of shabu and 15 grams of high-grade Kush marijuana, and a total of 167 drug cases filed.

PRO 7 Director Police Brigadier General Roderick Augustus Alba applauded his Team Bisdak Cops for the accomplishment.

"The Team PNP Region 7's relentless anti-drug operations are a testament that our strategic thrust, the police 4Cs firmly anchored MKKK on the 3 basic objectives to reduce crime, reduce the fear of crime and eliminate disorder in crime prevention are working well," Alba said.
