Reghis Romero's upbringing as a 21st Century leader has helped shape RMR Capital to where it is now.

Good leadership entails the benefit not just of yourself but also for others and the community as a whole, Romero told Daily Tribune.

As such, his companies, with operations that cut across various technical and academic disciplines, are driven by the collective aspiration to build not only infrastructure but also better lives.
R-II Builders became the first to adopt the load-bearing formworks system for vertical construction.

The Smokey Mountain Development Project, which had R-II Builders collaborating with a foreign partner, made the company the first Filipino construction firm to acquire expertise in reclamation projects.

At the same time, R-II Builders' sister company, Harbour Centre Port Terminal Inc., posted a remarkable success in running the country's first-ever private international commercial port for bulk and breakbulk cargoes at unprecedented turnaround times.

Meanwhile, RMR Capitals' other company, Mega Harbour Port and Development Inc., is conducting land reclamation to create a new township with hotels, condominiums, and office buildings.

Graceland 23, the first company under RMR Capitals established in 2008, operates two community malls, Graceland Mall and Graceland Plaza in Malolos City Bulacan and Marikina City. This is in partnership with various major locators such as Robinsons Supermarket, Handyman, Jollibee, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Globe Telecom, Karate Kid, Pandayan Bookstore, Bingo Boutique, Social Security System & Pag-ibig Fund to name a few.

"Theirs is not just a job, but a vision and mission to fulfill with the best human values and virtues possible," Romero said.
