Philippine weather bureau PAGASA-DOST on 30 October said the center of Tropical Storm "Paeng" moved to the West Philippine Sea off Zambales, but is still causing rains in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Another brewing storm was spotted in the Pacific Ocean but is still far from the Philippine area of responsibility.
PAGASA-DOST also issued a five-day regional weather outlook valid from 8 am, 30 October, to 8 am, 31 October.
