It may ambitious for the government to target the production of at least 6.5 million houses within the term of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., but Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar believes it is definitely "doable with strong collaboration" between the public and private sectors.
At the sidelines of this year's National Shelter Month culmination, Acuzar highlighted the crucial efforts of the government partnering with financial institutions to address the country's millions of housing backlogs.
