The Eastern Police District finally netted its sixth most wanted person in the regional level and the top 1 most wanted person in the district level through an intensified joint manhunt operation conducted by Marikina City Police Station and Romblon Municipal Police Station on Thursday in Romblon province.

According to the report reaching EPD district director P/Col. Wilson Asueta, a joint operation conducted against the accused by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jamel Tabao Mamutuk of Marikina City Regional Trial Court Branch 192 for the crime of four counts of rape and lascivious conduct which resulted to his arrest.

The suspect was identified as Rodel Alcain, alias Rad, 43, a resident of Barangay Poblacion II, Romblon, Romblon.
