The Clark Development Corporation, in partnership with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) – Central Luzon, conducted customer service training for thier employees, on Thursday.
The said training aims to improve the employees skill set and competencies in order to provide excellent customer service and to equip the participants with the ability to provide effective solutions to various customers'concerns.
Around 40 employees finished the Customer Relations Management Training (CSMT) after a two day training led by the CDC Human Resource Division.
Subject Matter Expert and CSC Supervising Personnel Specialist Sonny Cuadro, who served as speaker during the training sessions, also discussed the various components of customer service management and how management and employee collaboration can result in efficient and effective public service.
