Juvic Pagunsan closed with a five-over-par 76 and settled for a share of 53rd place in the Vantelin Tokai Classic at the Miyoshi Country Club's West course in Japan Sunday.
The 44-year-old Filipino bogeyed seven holes, including three which he three-putted against only two bogeys.
He finished 72 holes on 5-over 289, 18 strokes behind winner Riki Kawamoto who edged fellow Japanese Yuto Katsuragawa by 1 shot.
Kawamoto rallied with a 69 to spoil Katsuragawa who faded with a 74.
Meanwhile, Dottie Ardina barged into the Top 10 after firing a two-under-par 70 in the second round of the Toyota Classic at the Ol' Colony golf course in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
The 28-year-old Filipina sits on 5-under 139 to share ninth place but is 10 strokes behind American Bailey Tardy who bristled with a 65.
Ardina made two birdies in the first seven holes before ending the front nine with a bogey. Her other birdie came on 16.
Abby Arevalo and Pauline del Rosario also made the cut after carding a 73 and 70, respectively but Clariss Guce was eliminated after a 75 Arevalo bucked an opening double bogey with two birdies against a bogey to bring her total to 1-under 143.
Del Rosario, on the other hand, was right on the number on 1-over after nailing four birdies against two bogeys.
Tardy made seven birdies in the front nine alone before cooling down with a birdie and a bogey coming home.
Five shots off the pace was Linnea Strom who returned a 67.
Over in Taiwan, Miguel Tabuena and Justin Quiban finished the Mercuries Taiwan Masters on similar 2-over par 290s in the Taiwan Golf and Club Sunday.
Tabuena collected five birdies against four bogeys to close with one-under-par 71 while Quiban shot a 73 behind three birdies against four bogeys.
