The cast of GMA Network's newest series Nakarehas na Puso said they'll either sacrifice, kill or catch a bullet for the ones that they love.
Directed by Gil Tejada Jr., Nakarehas na Puso follows the story of a loving and hardworking mother Amelia who, because of her extreme desire to escape from poverty, makes the wrong decision to enter an illegal gig as a drug mule.
Jean Garcia essays the role of Amelia Galang, the wife of Jack Galang portrayed by Leandro Baldemo. They have four children: Lea (Vaness del Moral), Miro (EA Guzman), Olive (Claire Castro), and Nica (Ashley Sarmiento).
Michelle Aldana, meanwhile, plays the role of Doris, the nemesis of Amelia. Later in the series, she becomes Jack's lover after Amelia was sent to prison for 16 years after being a drug mule without her knowledge.
Garcia feels for her character, saying that she just wants the best life she could possibly give to her children. But because of severe poverty, she falls short, prompting conflict within the family.
Nakarehas na Puso also stars Michelle Aldana, EA Guzman, and Bryce Eusebio.
It airs every weekday afternoon on GMA Prime Time.
