ECHO has secured a spot in the upper bracket of the MPL Season 10 Playoffs following a win over Nexplay EVOS on Week 8 Day 3 of the regular season this Sunday evening.

Composed of YAWI, KarlTzy, Sanford, Sanji, and Bennyqt, ECHO barely broke a sweat against the already eliminated Nexplay en route to winning the series via 2-0 sweep.

"It is such a good feeling because it is an advantage. There would not be a first-round exit anymore," said ECHO team captain YAWI after the match.

Defending MPL champion RSG PH, meanwhile, scored a morale-boosting win over Blacklist International.

It was a back-and-forth action when Blacklist won the opening game only to see RSG bite back with a 14-0 kill in Game 2 before ending the series in 14 minutes in Game 3.

"I am so happy. I was nervous before we started I did not know what would be the result," said RSG's jungler Demonkite.

"Other than beating Blacklist we were aiming for top one or top two, but for myself, my only goal was to beat Blacklist."
