The arrest of actor Dominic Roco, along with his four colleagues, last 1 October in Quezon City, before dawn, panned on various social media platforms.
According to Quezon City Police District chief P/Brig. Gen. Nicola Torre III, personnel of the Holy Spirit police station conducted the drug bust in a townhouse at Don Antonio Heights in Barangay Holy Spirit.
The target of the operation was one Reynaldo Sanchez, 45, who, after accepting the marked money in exchange for drugs, was immediately nabbed by the authorities.
Nabbed with him was the actor, along with Renz Anthony Cruz, 33; Eugene Marvin Tolentino, 27; and Dexie Diamante, 21, a woman.

Roco, the son of veteran character actor Bembol Roco, has yet to release a statement over the case for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 which he is now facing.
