Two listed drug personalities, including a member of the chronic Zaragosa Drug Group were arrested in a buy bust operation in Navotas City, Monday night.
Navotas police chief Col. Dexter Ollaging identified the suspects as Christopher Criste, 46, member of the said drug group, and Ramon Ronquillo, 50, both of S. Roldan St., Brgy. Tangos South.
Around 10:30 pm when the operatives of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of the Navotas police led by PLt. Luis Ruf Jr. conducted the buy bust operation along S. Roldan St., where an undercover police was able to transact P500 worth of drugs with the suspects.
After receiving the pre-arranged signal from a policeman who served as a poseur buyer indicating that he had already bought shabu, the back up operatives immediately grabbed the suspects.
Confiscated from the the two were approximately 22 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P149,600, and a marked money.
