F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers, which premiered in 18 December 2021, follows the story of Gorya (Tonatawan Tantivejakul), an impoverished girl studying at a prestigious and expensive high school. She somehow earns the ire of school's senior group composed of Thyme (Vachirawit), Ren (Jirawat), Kavin (Metawin) and MJ (Hirunkit).
Thyme's feelings for Gorya developed overtime. They soon find themselves fighting for love, friendship, and acceptance while navigating the world of adulthood.
The F4 franchise has been adapted in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and China. It is based on the Japanese manga series Boys Over Flowers by Yoko Kamio.
