Many barangays in the town of Lemery, Batangas were flooded from Friday night to Saturday morning.
In a video taken by Mimoy Castillo a resident of the said place, flood water was seen raging on the diversion road covered by Barangay Malinis.
In photos taken by Markie Sangalang, flood water has reached a level where no vehicles can pass.
Many vehicles were also stranded after being overturned when the flood caught up with them.
According to the officials of Lemery, the barangays of Malinis, Palanas, Ayao-iyao, and Tubigan were affected by the flooding.
