Police arrested Thursday two alleged New People's Army members in their construction work barracks along Taft Avenue in Barangay 49, Pasay City.

The two were identified as Kent John Magdadaro, 24, and Arnel Magdadaro, 43, with both men facing multiple counts of murder and attempted murder.

The National Capital Region Police Office said the two are members of the NPA southern command under Ka Rogelio Suson, alias Manong.

The suspects were arrested by joint operatives of the NCRPO and Masbate Provincial Police Office on the strength of court warrants issued against them.

The Magdadaros were to detained at the Quezon City centralized custodial facility pending the return of the warrants to the issuing courts.
