A man admitted on Saturday killing an 11-year-old girl in Bauan, Batangas, allegedly to get back at her father with whom he had an altercation with, the police reported on Sunday with the arrest of the suspect Mark Alvin Sajer.
Sajer denied raping the victim but confessed to stabbing her and to slitting her throat.
Suspicion that the suspect molested the girl arose from complaints of neighbors that tagged Sajer as a peeping Tom.
