A total of 12,364 families or 58,400 person in Regions V, VII, VII and MIMAROPA are taking shelter in various evacuation centers in the aftermath of Typhoon “Ursula,” the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (NDRRMC) reported Thursday.
