A University of Santo Tomas college student is in critical condition after falling from the building of his dormitory in Sampaloc, Manila, yesterday morning.
The 22-year-old victim is a fifth year Accountancy student and resident of Adelina Dormitory, located along Adelina Street.
Roommates and classmates said they heard a loud noise coming from the dorm lobby at about 6 a.m. They then saw the bloodied victim lying on the floor and immediately took him to a hospital.
Tests revealed broken bones from the shoulders to the hips. Police have yet to determine the cause of the accident.
