The tail-end of a cold front is expected to bring moderate to occasionally heavy rains over most of parts of northern and central Luzon, the weather bureau said Sunday morning.
The Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Metro Manila and the provinces of Aurora and Rizal will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
The rest of Luzon, as well as Visayas and Mindanao, will have fair weather with the possibility of brief periods of rain caused by localized thunderstorms.
