Food boards make this season bright

MEAT lovers will have a field day with the Sancho Board, with the Lechon Cubano as the highlight.

The slow-roast, Cuban-style lechon belly is marinated in a special mixture of aromatics. It is perfectly crunchy and crispy on the outside, yet truly tender on the inside — somewhat like Gringo who has a soft spot for families and friends who gather for a meal during the season of sharing.
