The Social Weather Stations on Wednesday revealed that 67 percent of Filipinos are still satisfied with the performance of the Duterte administration according to the 2019 third quarter poll.

In a statement, the pollster said that 77 percent of adult Filipinos were satisfied while 11 percent were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied and 10 percent dissatisfied with the general performance of the current national administration.

The SWS said that the rating was six points below the record-high excellent +73 (82 percent satisfied, nine percent dissatisfied) in June 2019 and similar to the very good +66 in December 2018 of the Duterte administration.

It also added that the administration ranked “very good” on its Governance Report Card on the following — helping the poor (+62), providing information needed by the citizens to properly examine what the government is doing (+54) and having clear policies (+53).

The survey – which was non-commissioned and conducted on 27 to 30 September, used face-to-face interviews of 1,800 adults (18 years old and above) nationwide — 600 each in Balance Luzon and Mindanao, and 300 each in Metro Manila and the Visayas (sampling error margins of ±2.3 percent for national percentages, ±4 percent each for Balance Luzon and Mindanao, and ±6 percent each for Metro Manila and the Visayas).
