“This is part of our bigger initiative. Food Choices (has needed) a new look for the longest time. That way, we can cater to more merchants and at the same time improve its ambience,” Remedios Aganon, project development manager of Ayala Malls Group, told Daily Tribune.
Warm wood details, chic chairs, tables that are mixed-and-matched, monochromatic and neon-lit signages now welcome the royal patrons of Food Choices. “For the merchants, we retained 35 percent of the favorites. In terms of the number of seats, we’re now able to accommodate 700 so it’s 100 more customers that we can serve,” Luke Lee, general manager of Glorietta, said.
Birdhouse, Rotisserie, World Chicken, Shawa Wama, Farina’s great pasta, Farmery’s salads and smoothies, Juicy Fresh Juice Bar, Peppy Olives heart-healthy Mediterranean meals, Nitro 7 Coffee & Tea Bar, Pure Nectar’s juice cleanse sets, Totide Wine Bar, Taho Manila, Cassalu’s Filipino Cheesecakes, Dulcinea, Lord Stow’s egg tarts, Jungle Joy’s Banana Chips, Wooyoo’s Premium Milk Frosts lineup of Bingsu choices, Mary Grace, Sans Rival and Mo’s Cookies complete Food Choice’s newest lineup.
“We plan our malls differently, depending on the market. There are merchants that can cater to a wide variety of market and there are some that are fit for a specific market,” Lee explained.
He added that on weekdays, Food Choices would have customers coming in from the office market and families mostly on weekends.
With the revamped look and latest offerings, Food Choices expects to draw in more customers. “In fact, when we opened at around July, despite having not all restaurants or operators operational at that time, we were able to attract a lot of customers also because of the modern interiors and Instagrammable corners,” Lee concluded.
Food Choices is located at the third floor of Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati.
