The hard working OFW can invest in an affordable but attractive-looking homes.

Mass housing developer BRIA Homes has been successful in tapping the middle-income market and now it wants to reach out to a new one to further boost sales; the overseas Filipino workers (OFW).

In a statement, the developer said the homes and residential neighborhoods it has been building are ideal for the OFW and his family.

The houses, it said, are built with high quality materials and are affordable. Attractively designed houses are available for as low as P1,897 a month. The houses can be acquired through flexible payment schemes such as bank financing and Pag-IBIG housing loans.

BRIA is also encouraging OFW to invest in more units for their children who will someday have their own families.

It was also pointed out that the houses are located in safe, secure, and family-friendly communities. Families’ safety and security are ensured by guarded entrances and exits, CCTV, and perimeter fences and features facilities such as basketball courts and eco-friendly spaces.
