A woman allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade was arrested in a buy-bust sting in Mandaluyong City on Friday morning.
The suspect was identified as Aiza Villarde, 31, single, jobless.
Villarde, a newly identified drug personality, was nabbed in an operation conducted by members of the Mandaluyong police drug enforcement unit at about 2 a.m. at Barangay San Plainview.
Confiscated from her possession were three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, white textile coin pouch and the P300 buy-bust money.
The suspect is now detained at the Mandaluyong City Police Station custodial facility while she faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
