Report identified the two as Abregana Serencio and Gorge Jagmis Impang, whose bodies were recovered early morning yesterday.

The collapse of the bridge, which carries traffic over the busy fishing port, damaged three fishing boats and two vehicles, including the tanker, according to Taiwanese officials, though the reason for the collapse was not immediately clear.
The Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) vowed government assistance to the families of the victims.
DoLE Information and Public Service Director Rolly Francia, however, said that initial checking showed that Serencio is an inactive member of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) since 2017.
As an active OWWA member, Impang’s next of kin will be receiving full benefits.
Francia also said the Philippine Overseas Labor Office has already notified and informed the families of the victims on the extent of benefits to be given by the OWWA.
