Phoenix Pulse beefed up its backcourt after signing free agents RR Garcia and Davon Potts.
The Fuel Masters made the announcement on their social media account before governor Raymond Zorilla formally made the confirmation on Monday night.
Garcia, a wily playmaker from Far Eastern University who last played for TNT KaTropa, actually tried out for Rain or Shine in a friendly match with Phoenix two weeks ago.
But the Fuel Masters liked his performance, paving the way for his signing together with former Alaska swingman Potts.
Garcia and Potts will be joining a Phoenix backcourt that has LA Revilla, RJ Jazul and Alex Mallari and it would be interesting to see how head coach Louie Alas would handle his backcourt rotation.
