Axelum Resources Corp. and AllHome Corp. will have their share offering on 24 to 30 September and 3 to 4 October, respectively.
The Philippine Stock Exchange Inc. (PSE) has given the go signal to coconut products maker Axelum Resources Corp. and homeware store company, AllHome Corp. to undertake an initial public offering (IPO).
Axelum Resources Corp., which will use the stock symbol “AXLM,” will be offering a total of 1.13 billion shares at a price of up to P6.81 per share. AllHome Corporation, with the ticker “HOME,” will be offering a total of 1.125 billion shares at a price of up to P16. The determination of the offer price for the securities of both companies will still undergo a book building process.
The scheduled offer period of AXLM and HOME are from 24 to 30 September and 3 to 4 October, respectively.
“We are excited with the back to back maiden offerings as we know investors have been waiting for IPO in the stock market. We are pleased that Axelum and AllHome decided to raise capital through the equities market as both companies are a welcome addition to the roster of listed firms in the Exchange,” said PSE president and CEO Ramon Monzon.
The upcoming IPO will have a local small investor component, wherein 10 percent of the offered shares will be allocated for LSI. Subscription to LSI shares may be done online through the PSE EASy website at https://easy.pse.com.ph.
